About TasksNet
TasksNet, operated by Dmytro Korsikov, helps you manage tasks through Telegram and the TasksNet Mini App. Features include collaboration, reminders, optional AI assistance, and optional Google Calendar synchronization. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to tasknetaiassistant@gmail.com.
Your account and content
You need a Telegram account to use the Mini App. Keep access to that account secure. You remain responsible for content you create or share, and for choosing who can access collaborative tasks. Do not submit content you have no right to use or use TasksNet to violate law, harass others, or disrupt the service.
AI suggestions
AI features can misunderstand a request or suggest incorrect dates and details. Review suggestions before applying them. AI output is planning assistance and should not be relied on as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Google Calendar
Calendar connection is optional. TasksNet uses permission limited to secondary calendars created by the app. It can create, update, import, and delete events within that app-created calendar as described in the Privacy Policy. You can turn sync directions off or disconnect from settings. Disconnecting does not automatically remove existing events from Google or imported tasks from TasksNet. Google Calendar is also subject to Google's own terms and availability.
Plans and payments
Features and usage limits may differ by plan. The app shows applicable limits, prices, billing periods, and renewal controls before a purchase. Paid access is provided through Telegram Stars and depends on a confirmed Telegram payment. Manage renewal or cancellation using the controls offered in Telegram and TasksNet. Contact support about billing errors or refunds.
Service changes and availability
We may change features to maintain security, reliability, and compliance. Telegram, Google, network, and AI provider outages can interrupt the service. We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected features. Do not use TasksNet as the only record of information that you cannot afford to lose.
Ending use and data requests
You may stop using TasksNet and disconnect Google Calendar at any time. To request account data access or deletion, contact the email above. We may restrict abusive use or access that threatens the service or other users. The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
