Who operates the service
TasksNet is a task planning service operated by Dmytro Korsikov and available through Telegram, with its public website at tasknet.day and its Mini App at swifttaskbot.com. For questions about this policy or your data, contact tasknetaiassistant@gmail.com.
Information we process
- Telegram account identifiers, profile details provided by Telegram, and messages or media you send to the bot.
- Tasks, deadlines, reminders, projects, group memberships, comments, settings, and activity created while using TasksNet.
- Text, voice recordings, and images you choose to submit for AI-assisted task creation or planning.
- Subscription and support records needed to provide paid features and respond to support requests. Telegram handles payment instruments.
- Technical records needed for authentication, security, troubleshooting, and reliable delivery.
When Telegram provides your profile photo during a verified Mini App login, we store its HTTPS link and the signed login timestamp and show the photo in your profile and to collaborators allowed to see your identity under TasksNet's group, project, and sharing permissions. We do not download or archive the photo. Replacements or removal update after your next fresh Mini App login; unavailable photos use initials. Telegram decides whether to provide the photo to the app, while TasksNet does not reproduce Telegram's individual photo-visibility exceptions for each collaborator. Your browser fetches the image from its source without sending the address of the TasksNet page.
Google Calendar access
If you connect Google Calendar, TasksNet requests the calendar.app.created permission. This permits TasksNet to create a secondary Google Calendar and to see, create, change, and delete events in calendars created by this app. TasksNet does not request access to your other calendars or your Google profile email address.
We store an encrypted OAuth refresh token, a temporary access token, the identifier of the TasksNet-created calendar, and event identifiers so that synchronization can continue while you are away. Tasks with deadlines may be exported to that calendar. Events in that calendar may be imported as private TasksNet tasks, including their title, description, start time, and Google event link. Imported task content remains in TasksNet until you remove it or request deletion.
You can turn either sync direction off in TasksNet settings. Disconnecting Google Calendar asks Google to revoke the grant and removes local OAuth credentials even if Google is temporarily unavailable. Existing Google Calendar events and imported TasksNet tasks are not automatically deleted by disconnecting. You can also revoke access in your Google Account settings.
How we use and share information
We use your data to run task management, collaboration, reminders, calendar sync, support, and the features you request. Content from imported calendar events can be included in task context sent to Google Gemini when you choose an AI feature that uses that context. Google Calendar data is not sold or used for advertising.
We exchange data with Google to provide Calendar and optional AI features, with Telegram to provide the bot, Mini App, notifications, and subscriptions, and with infrastructure providers that host and protect the service. Collaborative content is shown to people you explicitly share or work with under the app's group and project permissions. We do not automatically share imported private calendar tasks with other TasksNet users.
TasksNet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Optional website audience measurement
With your permission, our public marketing pages use Umami Cloud to measure page views, referrals, approved campaign labels, clicks on Telegram buttons and guides, language changes, FAQ openings and views of the pricing section. The confirmed plan retains these statistics for up to 6 months.
We do not load the analytics script before you allow it. We do not send task content, Telegram account identifiers, authentication tokens, invitation details or unapproved URL parameters. We do not record sessions or link website statistics to your TasksNet account. Umami receives the network information necessary to process a request and derives audience statistics according to its privacy policy. Umami Cloud uses infrastructure in the US and EU; see Umami’s privacy policy for provider processing details.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. You can decline or withdraw permission using Analytics settings in the public page footer. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically remove already aggregated statistics. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Analytics does not run inside the Telegram Mini App. Contact support with privacy questions.
Storage, retention, and deletion
We protect stored Google OAuth credentials with encryption and limit access to service components that need it. Task and account records are retained while needed to provide the service. Deleting a task may first mark it as deleted rather than immediately erasing its database record. Some operational, support, billing, or security records may need longer retention. Backups can retain earlier copies for up to 28 days.
To request a copy or deletion of your account data, email tasknetaiassistant@gmail.com. We will verify the request and explain any records that must be retained. You can disconnect Google Calendar directly in app settings.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Contact us at the email above with questions.
